Holiday Survival Guide: Tips for Balancing Family & Football

If I had it my own way, the television would be off throughout all holidays, then we'd sneak in a late movie: something elegant and classic, and preferably black and white. This however, is a very unrealistic view of how holidays go down in most families, and especially mine. For one thing, I have a football-loving mother, brother, husband, and in-laws. This makes for a noisy, raucous game-day holiday.
